Providing data in the contact form is optional; however, not providing data marked as necessary may prevent us from responding to the request. This website does not make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
3. Recipients, processors and international transfers
Data may be processed by authorised Selety personnel and by suppliers providing technical services necessary for the website and communications. In particular, the contact form is forwarded through FormSubmit.co. Where required by applicable law, suppliers act as processors or independent controllers according to their respective roles and terms.
Some suppliers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In these cases, Selety applies the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses or other applicable measures. We do not sell personal data.
4. Retention period
Contact requests are retained for the time needed to manage them and, unless a professional relationship requires otherwise, for no longer than 24 months. Technical logs are retained for the time strictly necessary for website security and operation. Data processed for legal obligations or the protection of rights is retained for the period required or permitted by law.
5. Data from Meta products
If Selety integrates Meta products or APIs, it may receive data made available by a user or customer through those products (“Meta Platform Data”), such as identifiers, authorised profile information, contact details or content needed to provide a requested feature.
We process this data solely to provide, maintain, protect and improve the specific integration or service requested by the user or customer, comply with legal obligations, and prevent fraud or abuse. We do not use Meta Platform Data to create independent profiles, for behavioural advertising, for sale, or for purposes incompatible with the authorisation received.
Meta Platform Data is accessible only to people and suppliers with a genuine need to know, subject to confidentiality and security obligations. We do not share it with third parties, except where necessary to provide the requested service, under documented instructions, to comply with law, or with the data subject's consent. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to restrict access and protect it from loss, misuse and unauthorised access, and delete it when it is no longer necessary or when deletion is requested by the user, customer or Meta, subject to legal retention obligations.
When processing occurs through Meta products, Meta Platforms Ireland Limited and/or Meta Platforms, Inc. may process data under their own policies and terms. For details, see the Meta Privacy Policy.
6. Your rights
Where the GDPR applies, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and object to processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
To exercise your rights, contact [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority.
To request deletion of data processed through a Meta product, use our data deletion request channel, specifying, where available, the Meta product involved and the relevant account or identifier. We will assess the request and respond within the time limits required by law.
